Shipping & Handling Policy

The shipment of your order is our highest priority. Each day, we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers worldwide. As the majority of our fulfillment warehouses are internationally based, shipping and handling times may vary. For this reason, we are unable to offer next-day delivery. Our total delivery timeframe is divided into two stages: processing time and shipping time.

Processing Time begins once payment has been successfully received. Your order is immediately forwarded to our suppliers for order verification, quality inspection, customization (if applicable), and packaging. This process typically takes 1 to 4 business days.

Shipping Time refers to the period during which your order is transported from our suppliers’ warehouses to the delivery destination. This stage generally takes 6 to 15 business days.

The stated delivery estimates are intentionally conservative to account for potential delays and to ensure realistic expectations regarding delivery timelines.
